KNewStuff2, the new KDE library for collaborative data sharing
While KDE 4 will only be released in late 2007, its fundamental libraries are already in place. KNewStuff2 was developed separately and replaced its predecessor in April 2007. KNewStuff2 implements the DXS and provides an overall improved experience over the old version, integrating all the good ideas which people had during the KDE 3.x series. KNewStuff2 is used in over 30 applications.
